If you have any questions that are not answered here please
feel free to call us at
(423) 236-2905 or use our feedback
page.
Q: Is it safe to put my credit card information into a Web browser? A: Yes. Our Web pledge form is stored and served from a secure server. This means that each page you view and any information you submit is encrypted on its way between computers. Even in the highly unlikely event your transmission is intercepted, it would not be usable.
Q: How do I know if my browser supports secure transactions? A: Your browser can't connect to a secure page unless it is equipped to read data securely. If you do not have a browser which supports secure transactions, such as Netscape 3 or higher or Internet Explorer 3 or higher, look in the bottom left corner. You'll see a key icon or lock icon, which closes or completes. You may also see a dialog box, informing you that you are entering or leaving a secure page. If you still have questions please see the Thawte web site, the company who issues our secure certificate. There is a complete list of the different web browsers and their current capabilities.
Q: Will my personal information be shared? A: WSMC values your privacy. We do not sell your information to any political or commercial organizations.
Thanks for pledging online!
